  In order to maintain an appointment with National Life Insurance Company, you must carry E&O insurance which meets or exceeds the following guidelines:

• A per claim, per agent Limit of Liability of at least $1,000,000
• A per claim deductible that does not exceed $10,000
• Coverage must be placed with a carrier that is rated "A-" or better by the A.M. Best Company
• Contracted agent must be listed as the Insured on the Certificate
• The Carrier information must be listed on the Certificate
• The E&O must cover the agent for products of National Life Group
• Policy period must be indicated on the Certificate
• Policy number must be listed on the Certificate
